Formed in 1988 to develop
residential property, Meadowridge Properties continues to provide
housing and residential solutions in the St. Marys area. Due to
Meadowridge Properties doing its own servicing, roadwork and sewer
work, projects are carried out with a minimum of sub-contractor work,
ensuring timely completions. Located adjacent to the new Pyramid
Recreation Centre, Phase IV will include over 88 new lots for
residential construction. In early
2008, Meadowridge Properties completed development of Phase IV of
Meadowridge Subdivision in St. Marys. Located adjacent to the new
Pyramid Centre and the proposed new Elementary school, Phase IV includes
over 88 new lots for residential construction.
